• To aproach 'Zero defect' by utilizing SPC Techniques.
• To ensure cutomer satisfaction through continuous monitoring, liaison & maintain ZERO rejection.
• To provide optimum training to all personnel responsible for quality related activities.

The Organisation

Roop Automotive Ltd established in 1992, has been accredited QS9000 certification . The manufacturing unit for this company is located at Sohna, Haryana.

In Standards Room in-house Callibration of all gauges & Process Capability allows us to "Do more than required & less than allowed" . The Tool Room has most modern concepts in tool re-grinding & manufacturing of Jigs & Fixtures. Besides special purpose machines to cater to individual customer requirement we specialise in machining with CNC Machining & Turning Centres.
We manufacture Bolt & Weld Yokes, for Universal Joints (Steering Column), for Maruti Suzuki & Hyundai Vehicles, Case Differential, Steering Covers,Connecting Rods, besides other component for the Matiz, Cielo, Indica cars and Honda Motor cycles in India.
