Roop Polymers has four manufacturing
units located at Sohna, Gurgaon, Manesar (Haryana) and Pant Nagar
(Uttaranchal), approximately 250 Kms from Delhi. Each unit has cutting-edge
engineering facilities under one roof to facilitate precise production. All
the facilities are seamlessly integrated for complete product development
processes. Production capacity is centered upon CNC and conventional
machines. Each component's drawings are raised using the latest CAD/CAM
according to OEM specifications. There is a hi-tech mixing unit integrated
with the manufacturing unit. Further, Roop Polymers follows a set of
production management mechanism that conforms to international standards. We
do specialize in manufacturing of various automotive and non automotive
components including fuel filler tube, fuel injection tube, fuel overflow
tube, fuel pick up tube, fuel tube and many others.

incoming raw material, compounds and components for their physical &

- In-house capabilities for product performance testing in static
and dynamic conditions in normal high and low temperatures. Also
equipped with special Vibration Testing facilities
- In addition to introduction of flash free moulds and conventional
finishing facilities Roop Polymers Ltd. has introduced Cryogenic
De-Flashers from Japan
- Dual extrusion line for plastic and TPE and co-extrusion line
with hot air and microwave ( Under installation ) with flocking.
